Terms of Use
Use of the app
GambleCount is a self-tracking and reflection tool. It helps you record gambling-free progress, savings, moods, personal goals, and logbook entries. GambleCount does not offer gambling, betting, wagering, payment, prize, financial, legal, medical, therapy, or emergency services.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter and for decisions you make based on it. If gambling creates immediate risk, debt pressure, emotional distress, or risk of harm, contact qualified local support or emergency services.
Local use
No account or sign-in is required in the current local MVP. You are responsible for access to your device and for any device-level backup settings controlled by your operating system.
Local data deletion
You can delete local app data from Settings > Local Data > Delete Local Data. The app does not provide cloud backup or cloud restore.
Acceptable use
You may not use GambleCount to break the law, harm others, interfere with the app, reverse engineer the app, or enter abusive, illegal, or malicious content.
Availability and changes
GambleCount may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Public legal/support links and email support may depend on third-party providers.
